Yesterday I found Appa's old radio while fixing a cracked kulhar with Feviquick. It still plays that one MGR song from “Enga Veettu Pillai” with so much static, like the film itself is coming through a layer of good clay dust. These new series feel too polished, no? I miss stories that have those rough, honest edges.
