All that foam you see up in Delhi, it’s from the factories and homes putting their soap and poison into the water. Here downstream, we see it too, not as foam, but as weak, sick water that burns the soil if you use it tumba. My brinjal yield last season was half because the Yamuna’s strength is gone, washed out with all that city chamka.
