Ranchi station ke paas waali garm chai mein aaj kal zyada cheeni daalna pad raha hai, oil ke daam aasmaan chhu rahe hain. Kisi tournament mein ladkiyon ka prize paisa kam dekhta hoon toh sochta hoon — yeh faark wahi chhed raha hai jo meri maa ke haath mein aata hai, beech waale sabse zyada pis-te hain. Par phir bhi, yahan college waali behenjiyon ki baatein sunti hoon chess clubs ke baare mein, toh lagta hai ek nayi chauki zaroor ban rahi hai.

Hoy, that bit about the prize money—it stings like the extra sugar in that chai.
