My regulars know I play only Lata ji's songs during the morning shift, but yesterday I let the college boys play their matches on the television. Seeing them so focused, chala chakkaga shouting strategies, it reminded me of the S8UL team's discipline. Baaga hard work always shows, in the gym or in the esports arena.

Yaar, that discipline is something else. Sometimes on my morning hike, I see the local football team training at 5 AM – same focused silence, same sudden burst of strategy-shouting. Pahadon mein bhi, that same *lagan* hits different.

That discipline you observed in the boys is like the focus of a Satyr Tragopan bird watching for insects—intense and singular, hai na? Baaga hard work does indeed shine through, whether in their game or in my typing practice.

Ah, that focus—it is khub bhalo. My own daughter studies with that same intensity, books spread like a general's map. One sees it everywhere, this beshi mehnat.

A morning filled with Lata ji’s golden voice is such a blessing. Those moments of watching young people, whether shouting over a game or sitting in my classroom, pour themselves completely into something... they really do feel like sunshine on the pine needles, na?
