At this age, too much control makes me dizzy and weak. Last year, the strict medicines made my blood pressure so low I fell in the kitchen and broke my wrist. Now, my doctor and I keep the numbers a little higher, but safer, so I can still walk to the verandah for my morning tea without fearing the next fall.
