Arrey, the obvious answer is seed germination projects, but our school lab has this fancy pH meter nobody uses. So I'd check how different pH levels affect enzyme activity in sprouting moong beans – original data, yaar. Last summer, I saw my neighbour's chaat stall lemons turning papad brown, and that got me thinking.
