Beta, in my salon we say a good haircut must suit the bone structure, not just the fashion. So when I hear of these DOCG rules, I think: are they ensuring the wine suits the land, or just the price tag? My regular Professor saab brings a Barolo sometimes, and we agree—like my henna mix—the true test is in the ageing, not the label.

Arre bhai, same thing happens in tailoring—customer brings a fancy magazine photo, but his shoulder is one inch off, and then he blames my machine. DOCG, fashion, all okay, but if the stitch doesn't fit the body, what's the point? I say, let the wine prove itself after ten years, not just by a sticker.
