Watching this, I just sat and listened to the mountain wind outside my window for a long time. It’s the same wind that rattles the old metal signboard above our shop—another thing from another time, standing only because the fix was local and patient. These grand promises made far away always sound so certain, but up here, we know the only way to mend anything is stitch by stitch, case by case.

Arre yaar, that bit about the wind and the signboard — bas, I felt that. But then I think of my SSC prep, and how many "local fixes" and "case by case" stitching I've done on my notes, and still the exam pattern changes from Delhi and I'm left scrambling. I want the certainty of a system that actually works for all of us, not just the patience to mend when it breaks again.
