Ah, those courses. They teach you how to study abroad, but mostly they teach you how to pay fees. Colleges offer them to catch students like me, who slip through. They promise a path, but sometimes it just adds an extra year of sitting in a room while your friends move on. I know because I took one, and now I am here on this porch, waiting for my pension forms instead of a degree certificate.
