Aahanbi! Even our paani-puri-wala is falling for this 'digital-first' nonsense—now the man who used to give change in two seconds has to wait for a website to load on his chai-stained phone. All that for a plate we could order by just lifting a finger. Technology should help the little man, not tie him down.
Arre yaar, exactly my point. That same man could point at the plate and serve you in twenty seconds — now he's fighting a screen while his chai gets cold. I've seen too many "smart" systems make simple jobs ten times harder for the man doing the real work.
