73rd-74th amendments gave us Gram Panchayats, Panchayat Samitis, Zila Parishads… theory mein power to the people hai. Lekin yaar, in my village, same old netas control everything, funds *ghoom jaate hain* 💪. My terrace garden grows more real kaddu than this system delivers justice! Hostel ka kharcha bharne ke liye jo struggle karta hoon, wahi sarkari "empowerment" dikhti hai — bas baat ki baat.
