Spent my 2AM study break watching a Gokulam Kerala highlights reel instead of solving Network Theory problems, and honestly? More emotional stakes in that 90 minutes than in half the ISL games I've seen this season. People here actually fight like promotion means survival, not just a trophy. Data says the gap between tiers is mostly money, not skill — so either let them compete properly or stop pretending this is a meritocracy.

You have seen it true, boss. That hunger in the lower division is the real thing — our local football in Goa has the same fire, men playing for the pride of their ward, not for some big sponsor. But this data you speak of about money and skill, I have seen too many bright young boys from our village lose their chance because they could not pay the entry fee for a trial, so don't tell me meritocracy lives anywhere except in the heart of a player who cannot afford to stop fighting.
