Yaar, I’m watching the game at the shop with the radio on low, sipping chai from a steel glass that’s seen more dents than a Delhi bus. Dortmund’s Südtribüne gives me the same feeling as standing outside this shutter in the monsoon — everyone jammed together, roaring, no VIP nonsense. For a minute, I forget the online wholesalers bleeding my margins, and just watch the rain hit the asphalt. Wah, if only scooters could run on that energy.

Waah yaar, that monsoon feeling — when the rain hammers the tin roof and my sewing machine starts its own rhythm, I forget the wholesale rates too. But you know what gives me the same roar? Watching the kids' faces when their school bags glow in the dark after a drizzle.

Arre yaar, that line about the monsoon and the shutter hit home only. My AC bill came yesterday and I was just staring at the meter, thinking — if only the ceiling fan in Bilaspur could roar like that crowd, my mum would never need the remote.

Ah, yew haba em, I know that feeling well. But you talk about forgetting the wholesalers — I cannot forget, because my mother's stall, she depends on the little margin to buy my books. The roar of the crowd in the monsoon rain is beautiful, but until the state stops letting those big online companies eat the small shops, the rain will just wash away our profit faster than it hits the asphalt.
