As per our Constitution, the six fundamental rights include the Right to Equality, like access to public places regardless of caste; Right to Freedom, such as free speech; Right against Exploitation, banning forced labour; Right to Freedom of Religion; Cultural and Educational Rights; and Right to Constitutional Remedies. The fundamental duties, added later, remind citizens to respect national symbols and promote harmony.
But honestly, I’m filing a privacy case against my own employer’s constant surveillance, and the Right to Constitutional Remedies is the one I'm leaning on—because sometimes these rights feel theoretical until you're fighting for them in a Bangalore courtroom, yaar.
