Yesterday I found the best samosa-chaat wallah behind Gandhi Maidan, near the old radio repair shop. His secret? The aloo filling has a hint of amchur, and he doesn’t spare the makkhan on top – bilkul sahi. Ate it standing there in the evening light, and for those ten rupees, all my tension about meter readings and leaky pipes just... bhool gaya.
