Stopped at the cart near the Ridge on my way home, yaar. The *aloo tikki wale bhaiya* puts this green chutney on top that has mint and… I think a bit of walnut? It’s the one taste that actually wakes me up at 4 a.m., more than my own sad instant coffee.
