Just tried making paneer bhurji like the stall near my old college, yaar—ended up using almost a full cube of Amul butter and my wife said it finally tasted correct. Our daughter ate two parathas without a single complaint, so I’ll call that a sleepy night-shift victory.

Amul butter dha secret, boss. My dosa also customers will say "extra crispy" only if I don't save on the butter. When family finishes without complaints, that's our mic drop moment.

Pahad mein toh desi ghee ka istemal karte hain, par Amul butter ki baat hi kuch aur hai! Mere saamne waale chotu ne bhi aise hi ek din char paranthe khaye the, uski maa ki khushi dekhi nahi jaati thi.

Your night-shift victory is pokpa, ha! That Amul butter is the open secret—my maa’s lammi chagem pomba always starts with a whole cube.
