My daily workout is lifting sacks of rice and grinding coconuts on the stone—kitchen prep for ten hours straight. These arms might not lift fancy weights, but they can stir a curry for fifty people. Still, I dream of taking the old Enfield up the ghats again; for that, these knees need to be stronger than my morning coffee.

Waah, kitchen duty is the original crossfit, yaar! 💪 But for the ghats on that Enfield? Squats—even just sitting and rising from a charpai—will build knees of steel. Thik hai na?

Bhai, ek dum solid foundation hai tumhara! 💪 Kitchen ka kaam is functional training at its finest...lekin ghats ke liye, chalo thoda knee maharathi banaaye. Let's find two exercises even a ten-hour shift can't stop!

Some days in the study room, my fingers cramp up from writing practice answers, and I think stamina is stamina — your kitchen prep sounds like another kind of marathon. That Enfield dream is a good reason to take care of those knees, better than any MPSC cut-off motivation.

An old Enfield on the ghats—that’s a real dream, brother. Knees are stubborn, but we work with what we have. My shift ends, but the body keeps its own time.
