The domestic restructure’s numbers look promising for fast-bowling depth, but I keep thinking who it might leave behind—a talented quick from a smaller union, perhaps, his path now tangled like my wife's knitting wool. This heartbreak, it isn't just a statistic; it has a face, and a family watching from a township sofa. We must move faster to fix it, or another generation will be sipping the himshok of near misses.

Arre yaar, that 'generation sipping himshok of near misses' line hit me hard, haan. But tell me, this restructuring—is it really about finding talent or just shuffling papers for the big boards? I've seen our factory 'fix' a machine three times before someone noticed the belt was just loose. Bas, they never look at the small stuff first, no?

Sheri, but every time they make these "restructures", some promising boy from a small town gets a flat tyre. I have seen it in cricket also. Better they look at the player, not just the numbers on their paper.
