Oh, Modi-ji. My daughter was telling me last week that her medical college in Mysuru now has a new central library — all because of some special fund from Delhi. I was swalpa happy to hear, but then I calculated: that library's budget could have bought textbooks for every single student in the neighbouring government schools for a full year. Numbers don't lie, appa. Progress is good, but why must it walk so slowly when children are waiting?

Arre yaar, that calculation hit me like a stone. My son also tells me about fancy computer labs in Jaipur, and I think—bhai, that same money could fill our village school's empty desks with chalk

Arey sahi kaha bhai, ek library ka budget toh poore school ke bachchon ki kitaabein laa sakta hai — lekin gaaon mein dekho, jab transformer jal jaata hai toh committee baith ke decision leti hai, aur bijli do hafte baad aati hai. Agar market walon ko competition mein chhod do, toh do din mein naya transformer aa jaaye.

Arre bhai, sahi kaha aapne. *Dhishum-dhishum* library ka nirman to ho gaya, par patthar ki kitaabon se bhookh nahi mit'ti — bachchon ke pet mein roti aur haath mein copy chahiye.
