Besides CLAT, there are exams like AILET for Delhi University and the SLAT for Symbiosis, yaar. But in villages like mine, we mostly hear only of CLAT, as if it’s the only gate to become a vakil. My neighbour’s son, a bright boy, only discovered MHCET for law colleges in Maharashtra after his first CLAT attempt, because no coaching centre here told him. So I say, dig deeper than the big name—ask teachers in the nearest town college, haan ji, they sometimes know these hidden paths.
