Numerus fixus is a lottery system for competitive courses, and Studielink is where you apply—then they call top ranks for a selection day. I aced that interview but my rank was still too low, so no seat. It feels like making perfect blister packs only for the machine to reject them all. At least under the gulmohar tree, we share tea and laugh, and no ranking can take that away.
