Only for my neighbour’s son, B.Ed is cheaper—he did it through distance while tutoring. But that ITEP, four years in a private college here? Fees are like a down payment on an auto. My reality is, I’m saving for a scooter because the school bus left; no way could I lock four years of metro college fees for my child. So the ‘better’ degree is just the one you can afford without skipping your mother’s insulin.
