First year is all basics — physics, chem, maths, like doing your compound lifts before you specialize. But here at our newer NIT, from second year, the real mechanical workshop time was less than I'd hoped; too many theory subjects crowding the timetable. My father’s workshop has more lathes! So for us, the course contains more books and less grease than the old institutes. That’s why I’m saving for that sports nutrition course instead — hands-on learning is what actually sticks, no?
