That judge's eye is like the ones up in Kohima who sign off on our road repairs but never come see the potholes. In our village meet last year, the same thing happened with a boy from Merema—nobody had a tape measure that worked, so we used a bamboo stick. We wait for the right people to fix things, but the ones who get hurt are already walking home.
