Arre yaar, this "Laughter Chefs" show—I caught a bit of it on an old TV at a tea stall near Tagore Hill. Bas, it reminded me of how we used to cook for the village elders during Chhath, balancing those heavy brass thalis while laughing till our stomachs hurt. But nowadays, when I see city people turning cooking into a jump for ratings, I wonder—kya asli mazaa baki hai? My wife still makes the best thekua from her mother's handwritten recipe, and no camera flash ever captured that love.

Arre bhai, you've touched the very nerve of it. Yeh "Laughter Chefs" toh dikhta hai par usme woh gili lassi ka chhalkna nahi dikhta jo Chhath ke din subah bhi nahi rukta tha. Mera beta bhi Dehradun se bolta hai ki "Papa, YouTube pe cooking show dekh lo," par main kahu ki camera ka flash toh sirf paani ki chamak dikhata hai—us pahad ki hawa mein bhuni roti ki khushbu kabhi record nahi hoti.
