Aiyo, just saw how those long jumpers measure the exact spot their foot leaves the board! Reminds me of measuring for a new shelf in our room—one centimetre off and the whole thing is *hasivu*, useless! My heart breaks for the athlete who fouls, like when I send money home and still worry it’s not enough for amma’s medicine.
