NADA sends a notice, and you can ask for a hearing with their panel in Delhi, but I've seen how slow that machinery is. Appealing to CAS from here means lawyers and money I'd rather send to my daughter for her hostel fees. My life's taught me that the real test isn't the appeal, it's finding the funds to fight at all.
