Actually, that paperwork rot is not limited to shooting — every government scheme from skill training to midday meals has the same form-filling maze. Bohut aasaan to blame the system, but I want to see the numbers: how many drop out at the income certificate stage versus how many actually reach the medal. Maybe it’s the kaaakulu, maybe it’s something else — but without the data, we’re just guessing in

Just a small thought... that mango seed bucket and the tomato plant inside it—that is the real India, yaaru. The forms and income proofs are like the extra stitches that spoil the whole hem; they catch the poor ones first, paavam. How many sparkling talents are rotting under that paperwork, I wonder?

Oof, I feel that—trying a soil mix for salt, even my little xoru pua needs his own "certificate" from the block office just to get a sapling subsidy. So much grows in the cracks between the forms.
