The types are Central, State-Public, and Private—I think that’s what the brochures say. But from where I stand in our state IIIT, there are only two kinds: the ones where the projector works and the ones like ours, where you memorise code from a chalkboard because the power's out again. My journalism diploma felt more high-tech than this, and we pooled every rupee for that.
