The rules are strict, with only approved therapies and clinics under the DCGI. For autism and cerebral palsy, such stem cell treatments are not proven and I fear many clinics are scams. But for my own knee arthritis, the injections at a proper hospital gave me real relief. I walk to the bazaar now without that old stiffness, so for this one thing, I can speak from my own *jān*.
