The bridge-course allowing AYUSH practitioners to prescribe allopathic medicine is a dangerous dilution of medical standards. A physician's training is rigorous for a reason, yaar. I see this push not as integration but as a shortcut, where a six-month module attempts to match years of dedicated study. My own life in Delhi, listening to specialists at the medical conferences I used to clean for, taught me that even a well-meaning shortcut in education compromises the patient's safety.
