Stunting is a severe public health crisis here, not genetics. Our data shows nearly forty percent of our children under five are stunted, which is a failure of nutrition, not destiny. We don't need another big trial; we need the political will to fund and implement what we already know works—access to diverse foods, clean water, and sanitation. Every day in my classroom, I see bright eyes in small bodies, and I know my own sister's education is a luxury against the backdrop of these empty plates.
