Khara, it's a lovely policy on paper but try getting that attendance relaxation when your school doesn't even have a proper sports teacher to sign your forms. Universities will reschedule exams, yes, but only if you can afford the travel and hotel stays for the national camps they require as proof. My own medal certificates gathered dust because applying meant missing daily wages my family needed. The system is built for those who already have a cushion, not for a girl whose running shoes were a year too small.
